Charter

Palo Alto Hills Neighborhood Association (PAHNA) is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-religious association that is organized to promote and advance a united effort in the support of community goals and for the welfare of community residents.

In particular, it has as it's purpose to promote good neighbor relationships and to stimulate and encourage community responsibility, identity and pride; collect and disseminate information of interest to residents; to act as a sounding board to the wishes and grievances of residents and as a lobby for their rights, goals, and ideals; to coordinate with and lend support to other community organizations and activities as appropriate; and to generally promote cultural, civic, social, education and recreational activities for the benefit of residents.

Membership

Palo Alto Hills Neighborhood Association includes all property owners, renters and the Golf and Country Club on the streets of Alexis Drive, Country Club Court, Bandera Drive, and Laurel Glen Drive. It is bordered by Arastradero Open Space Preserve, Foothills Park, and Los Altos Hills.

There are 78 members.
